With your safety in mind:
• We sanitize and disinfect all reusable manicuring tools in accordance with health regulations and industry "best practices." Any tools that cannot be disinfected are considered single use items and will not be shared.
• We clean our hands prior to each service and ask you to do the same with our disinfected scrub brushes.
• We use clean towels for each client.
• We use only quality, professional-grade, and legal nail products deemed safe for the natural nail.
• We take steps to minimize your expose to odours, vapours, and filing dust in the salon. These steps include using covered waste cans, keeping products tightly covered, and taking out only enough products to be used on your service.
• If we use an electric file, we are trained to use it safely and painlessly.
• To ensure your complete safety during pedicures, we use pedicure basins rather than piped whirlpool chairs.

We are professionally trained licensed nail professionals. We regularly take classes in product knowledge, health & safety, and application techniques to ensure the quality and safety of your services.

We will evaluate the health of your nails before your service. Be sure to let us know if you have any health conditions that may affect your service or if you are on medications.
